Well I've been avoiding making a new post until I got the image that I started @ IMC (the Illustration Master Class... which was totally frickin' awesome btw) done, but alas it is taking even longer than I thought it would... note to self don't try to start something quite this complicated at a week long workshop... It was a blast to work on while I was there but was a bit too ambitious for the time I had. Anywhoo here is the current stage of the image and a detail of two of the main figures... still gots lots to do on it but it's coming along nicely :)
I decided to take a break from this piece yesterday and work on some Conan & Red Sonja fan art for fun.I have several personal projects I hope to be posting up soon as well, but this is it for now.

Sooo ... I ran out of time for both DW and Eowyn vs Nazgul and decided to finish up Evs N. While I liked my idea for DW I couldn't come up with a visual representation I liked... I just wasn't feeling it.

But anyway the ArtOrder competition was awesome! 160 entries total! Can't wait to see what the guys over @ Muddycolors and the other esteemed judges have to say! They definitely have their work cut out for them ^___^

I still have a few little things that I want to work on for this piece but here is the version I entered into the competition. (I hope this turns out well I'm uploading it from my iPod Touch ;P)

Ok so I'm currently participating in 2 online art contests one is Dominance wars the other is Art Order's Eowyn vs the Witch King challenge... I've got a wip of the ArtOrder challenge for now I'll post a DW one along with its back story soon ;)
